The Santos Dumont Institute (ISD) has a series of institutional documents created to guide education, research and extension actions of its units located in the city of Macaíba (RN), in Brazil. 
In them it is possible to know the ISD's Axes of Action; Mission, Vision and Strategic Objectives; and the way in which the Institute relates to intellectual property, suppliers and the hiring of new talent. 

Statute
Social

Set of rules that define the Institute's characteristics, objectives, purposes and obligations. This document describes the functioning and administration structure, the relationship of powers and the definition of attributions in the ISD.

Bylaws

It regulates the actions and activities and the respective competences and/or attributions of the bodies that make up the ISD.

Master plan
(2021-2030)

The document presents information on the activities of the Santos Dumont Institute, programs and strategic actions, as well as institutional perspectives, which include the Institute's projects planned for a period of 10 years.

Master plan
(2016-2021)

Provides guidelines for consolidating ISD activities. The focus lies on the integration of actions and on the multiplier potential of training students, educators, health professionals and researchers, in stimulating and interdisciplinary environments. 

Intellectual Property Policy

Establishes guidelines and procedures for obtaining and management of intellectual property rights, based on the knowledge generated in the ISD. It aims to make the results of activities available for the wider benefit of society. 

Purchasing Regulation

Establishes criteria for the contracting of works, acquisition of goods and services and disposals for the ISD. It aims to select the most advantageous proposals and ensure equal treatment for suppliers.

Plan for jobs and wages

Regulates ISD's salary, benefits and career policy, with a view to attracting and retaining talents. It also provides knowledge and manages the functional and salary growth of the Institute's employees.

code of Conduct

Defines the principles that should guide the behavior of ISD professionals, promoting proper conduct, in addition to preventing, detecting and holding responsible bad attitudes at the organizational level.
