A 1st Week of the Disabled Person of the RN, organized by Movimento SuperAção, which took place between September 19th and 25th, promoted different free activities in Natal/RN.

The organizer of the event, Marília Rodrigues (in the photo, on the right), said that the main objective was to discuss everything that is in the Brazilian Inclusion Law, from 2015: “We observed the main axes of the Law and set up the week and its discussions. This event arises from the need to explain and discuss issues related to accessibility and inclusion of people with disabilities in Rio Grande do Norte”, she explained.

On 09/21, the researcher and neurosurgeon from Santos Dumont Institute (ISD), Hougelle Simplicio (in the photo, on the left), gave a lecture on technology and inclusion, addressing the most modern techniques that improve the lives of people with motor, visual, auditory and intellectual disabilities.

The ISD supported this initiative and since the 20/09th, published in the Facebook video testimonials, which addressed different themes related to the lives of people with disabilities. Below is a compilation of all the testimonials.
